You’ve done the “rest and wait” thing.
You shouldn’t have to choose between avoiding everything that hurts and pushing through pain with no real plan.
Oak & Anvil takes a different approach. We look at how you move, what your body is being asked to do, and what’s actually limiting you—then build a plan that helps you keep moving while rebuilding strength and confidence.

A CLEAR PATH FROM WHERE YOU ARE TO WHERE YOU WANT TO BE.
HOW IT WORKS
We start with a comprehensive evaluation to understand your symptoms, movement, training history, lifestyle, goals, and the demands you want to return to. From there, we identify the factors limiting you and build a clear, individualized plan forward.
01EVALUATE
Your care combines evidence-based rehabilitation, movement education, and progressive strength training to restore capacity, improve confidence, and address more than just the symptoms. The goal is to help you become stronger, more resilient, and less dependent on treatment.
02REBUILD
Rehab should prepare you for the demands of real life. We progressively build toward your return to work, sport, training, or daily activity so you can move confidently and keep doing the things that matter most. When appropriate, care can transition into long-term programming through the Prescriptive Exercise Program.
